Processing time for an order is 2 - 3 business days. (Holidays may affect processing time &shipping). After processed your order will be shipped. When your order has been shipped you will receive tracking information to your email. Please allow time for the tracking to update. If tracking does not update please contact the shipping carrier.
To ensure your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is entered in full correctly. If you realize you entered your shipping address incorrectly or you would like to make a change to your order Contact Us at once. We will do our best to fulfill your request. However, if we are unable to BlckoVybz does not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Note: Shipping days may delay during the Holidays with the shipping companies.
If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you have yet to receive it. You must contact the shipping carrier ASAP. BlckoVybz does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered or issue refunds and replace products.
The shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse shipments from BlckoVybz, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If the package is returned “non-deliverable” we will reach out to you to have it delivered back to you, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs. You also have the option to be refunded instead, not including the shipping costs.
